Internalization Drills
5-minute daily reps that wire prompt anatomy into reflex. Designed for the commute.
THE MINDSET SHIFT
“The goal isn't to know the technique — it's to use it without remembering you're using it. Drills move skill from working memory to muscle memory.”— SHE · YOUR AI GUIDE
Ericsson's deliberate practice research is unambiguous: skill internalization requires (1) targeted reps on the edge of your capability, (2) immediate feedback, (3) spaced intervals. Most prompt-engineering education skips (3) entirely — they teach the technique once and move on.
This course is a drill machine. Each lesson is a 5-minute repeatable exercise: see a vague prompt, identify the missing field in 5 seconds, rewrite it in 60 seconds, see the diff. Repeat across 7 days with spaced re-introductions of older drills.
The goal: after 7 days, you don't think about ROLE / CONTEXT / TASK / FORMAT / CONSTRAINTS — you just write prompts that have all five.
