Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with PromptCorrectly. This policy explains cancellations and refunds for our subscription plans.
Cancel anytime
Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us — cancellation stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.
14-day satisfaction window
If something is wrong, contact us at support@promptcorrectly.com within 14 days of a charge and we will review your request in good faith. We will generally refund when:
- You were charged in error or double-charged.
- The Service was materially unavailable or not as described.
- You cancelled but a renewal still went through by mistake.
What is usually not covered
- "I didn't get the results I wanted" — PromptCorrectly is an educational tool and we do not guarantee specific outcomes (see our Disclaimer).
- Third-party AI usage fees — your model provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, etc.) bills you directly for your API usage; we cannot refund those.
- Requests made well after the 14-day window for a plan you actively used.
How to request a refund
Email support@promptcorrectly.com from the address on your account, with the date of the charge and a short reason. We typically respond within 2–3 business days. Approved card refunds go back to your original payment method; processing time depends on your bank. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are processed manually to the wallet you used (or another you confirm) and may be subject to network fees and exchange-rate differences.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer law. If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services; where you ask us to begin providing the Service immediately, that right may be limited once provision has started, as permitted by law. Your mandatory legal rights always apply as written in the law.
