Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using promptcorrectly.com (the "Site"), using PromptCorrectly (the "Service") or buying a pack or bundle. By using the Site or the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
PromptCorrectly ("we", "us", "our") operates promptcorrectly.com — a marketplace of prompts and skills. The Service includes the Library of reusable prompts and Skills, Packs (ready sets of prompts and skills for one trade or topic, sold one by one as a download), Bundles (every pack in a theme, sold together) and the Games (short prompt courses with a test at the end). Subscription plans are no longer sold; members who joined one before 26 October 2026 keep it until they cancel (Section 8). Contact: [email protected].
2. What the Service is
PromptCorrectly is an educational and productivity tool. It helps you structure instructions for third-party AI models and learn prompt engineering. We provide the prompt library, the packs and the courses. You use the prompts and skills in an AI tool of your own choice (see Section 5); nothing you buy here runs an AI model for you.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Fair use
The library is licensed for use, not for bulk export. Each account can open a limited number of different gated items per day (the current limits are in the FAQ); re-opening an item, reading free samples and opening items in packs you bought never count. Automated or systematic downloading, sharing an account, or otherwise working around these limits is not allowed and may lead to suspension without refund.
5. Third-party AI tools
Prompts, skills and packs are written for third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, which you use under your own account. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the companies behind them; their names are used only to describe where the content works. Your use of each tool is governed by its own terms and billed by its provider.
6. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content you can open — free items, the games, the items in packs and bundles you bought, and, while a legacy subscription is active, the whole library — for your own personal or business work, including client work. A pack or bundle you buy is licensed to you with no end date: you may keep and use its files for as long as you like. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, scrape, or publicly republish the Service's content (courses, the prompt library, or substantial copies of them) as your own product. The prompts and outputs you create using the Service are yours.
7. No professional advice and no guaranteed results
The Service is educational. It is not legal, financial, investment, medical, or other professional advice. We make no guarantee of any specific result, income, or outcome. Outputs from AI models can be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything you rely on. Results depend on your own effort, skill, and factors outside our control.
8. Legacy subscriptions & payment
Subscription plans are no longer sold. Members who joined one before 26 October 2026 keep it on the terms they agreed — Library €15, Pro €29 or Team €79 per month (or the yearly equivalent), or the earlier €9 plan — billed on a recurring basis until they cancel. Card payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals (see our Refund Policy).
8a. One-time pack and bundle purchases
A pack or bundle is digital content sold for a single payment at the price shown on its page and at checkout (VAT included). There is no subscription and nothing renews. After payment you can download the pack straight away, and it is linked to the email you gave at checkout so you can download it again later.
Because the download is available immediately, by ticking "I accept the Terms" at checkout you ask us to start supplying the pack or bundle at once and you confirm that you understand you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the supply has started — every sale is final once the download is available. Without that consent the purchase cannot go ahead. For that reason a pack is not refunded once it has been downloaded, unless the law requires a refund (for example when the pack is faulty or not as described). See our Refund Policy.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for anything unlawful, to infringe others' rights, or to generate harmful, deceptive, or abusive content. Full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend access for misuse.
10. Intellectual property
All Site content and the Service (design, text, branding, the PromptCorrectly name and marks, the courses, and the curated prompt library) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. The license in Section 6 is the only right granted to you.
11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Site and Service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. See also our Disclaimer.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Bulgaria (European Union), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
