Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using promptcorrectly.com (the "Site") or subscribing to PromptCorrectly (the "Service"). By using the Site or the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

PromptCorrectly("we", "us", "our") operates promptcorrectly.com — a visual prompt-engineering workspace. The Service includes Studio (a node-based canvas), Composer (a rapid prompt-spec tool), Brain Trainer (courses that teach prompting), and the Library of reusable prompts and Skills. 2. What the Service is

PromptCorrectly is an educational and productivity tool. It helps you structure instructions for third-party AI models and learn prompt engineering. We provide the workspace, the courses, and the prompt library; the AI text generation itself is performed by third-party model providers using your own API key (see Section 5).

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

To run prompts, you paste your own API key from a provider such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or xAI. Your key is stored in your browser onlyand forwarded per request through our zero-log proxy to the provider you chose. We never store your key on our servers and never use your prompts or outputs to train models. You are responsible for any usage fees the provider charges and for complying with that provider's terms.

5. Third-party AI tools

The Service references and connects to third-party AI providers (for example Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and xAI Grok). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored bythese companies; their names are used only to describe how the Service works. Your use of each provider is governed by that provider's own terms.

6. License

While your subscription is active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service and its content (courses, prompts, Skills, templates) for your own personal or business work, including client work. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, scrape, or publicly republish the Service's content (courses, the prompt library, or substantial copies of them) as your own product. The prompts and outputs you create using the Service are yours.

7. No professional advice and no guaranteed results

The Service is educational. It is not legal, financial, investment, medical, or other professional advice. We make no guarantee of any specific result, income, or outcome. Outputs from AI models can be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything you rely on. Results depend on your own effort, skill, and factors outside our control.

8. Subscriptions, pricing & payment

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis at the price shown at checkout (currently €18.99 per month, or €145.71 per year). Prices may change with notice. Card payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe); we also accept cryptocurrency at checkout. We do not store full card numbers. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals (see our Refund Policy).

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for anything unlawful, to infringe others' rights, or to generate harmful, deceptive, or abusive content. Full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend access for misuse.

10. Intellectual property

All Site content and the Service (design, text, branding, the PromptCorrectly name and marks, the courses, and the curated prompt library) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. The license in Section 6 is the only right granted to you.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site and Service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. See also our Disclaimer.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Bulgaria (European Union), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
