Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit promptcorrectly.com or use PromptCorrectly, how we use it, and your choices. We are a privacy-first product: nothing you type on the Site is sent to an AI model by us, and we never train any model on your data.

1. Who we are

PromptCorrectly, operator of promptcorrectly.com, is the data controller. Contact: [email protected].

2. No AI processing on our servers

PromptCorrectly sells and shows ready-made prompts, skills, packs, bundles and games. Since 26 October 2026 there is no AI feature on the Site: we do not send anything you type to an AI model provider, and we never ask for an API key. You copy or download our content and use it in the AI assistant of your choice (for example ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini); what you share there is governed by that service's own privacy terms, not ours.

To apply plan access and the daily fair-use limit, we record which gated items an account opens, copies or downloads (the item, the action and the time) — not anything you write. For pack and bundle purchases we record the order (what you bought, the amount, the email you gave at checkout, when you agreed to instant access, the Stripe session and the time) so you can download it again and so a receipt link can only be used a limited number of times. To stop abuse of checkout we keep a hashed (not readable) IP address for rate limiting.

3. Information we collect

• Account & billing: your email address and subscription details when you sign up or subscribe, and your one-time purchases (packs and bundles) with the email given at checkout. Card payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we never see or store card numbers.
• Saved work: prompts, private items, collections, settings, and progress you choose to save to your account (stored in our EU database) or locally in your browser.
• Usage data: basic, privacy-preserving analytics such as pages visited, device/browser type, and approximate region, via cookies — to operate and improve the Site.
• Advertising data: if you arrive via or interact with our ads, advertising/measurement tools (for example the Meta Pixel) may collect data about your visit to measure and improve those ads.

4. How we use your information

• To provide the Service, your account, and saved work.
• To process subscriptions and one-time purchases, send receipts and deliver downloads.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
• To measure and improve our advertising.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

5. Where your data lives

Account and saved-work data is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt). The website itself runs on a server in Germany (Hetzner), and traffic passes through Cloudflare’s network for security (blocking attacks and abuse) and faster delivery. Where data is processed outside your country (for example by our payment processor, our network provider or an advertising platform), we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by law.

6. Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site function, analytics, and advertising measurement (such as the Meta Pixel). You control these through our cookie banner and your browser settings. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and page speed without cookies and without identifying you. 7. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate, such as: our payment processor (Stripe), our EU hosting and database providers (Hetzner, Supabase), our network and security provider (Cloudflare), email delivery, analytics, and advertising platforms (for example Meta) for measurement. We share nothing with any AI model provider (see section 2).

8. Data retention

We keep account, subscription, and support records as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal/accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them. You can delete your saved work at any time.

9. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. You can opt out of personalized ads through your Meta account and your device/browser settings.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
