The 3-Line Rule
If you can't say it in three lines — Who, What, How — you don't know what you want yet. Compress first, then expand only where needed.

What you'll learn
- Three lines: Who · What · How. If a line is vague, the answer will be too.
- Doesn't fit in three lines: Three lines force decisions. Hedges and stories don't survive.
- Compress it: Compression reveals the real request.
- Expand only where needed: Start minimal, add lines for observed failures, not imagined ones.
- The 3 lines, judged: Each of the three lines must be specific, or the rule doesn't work.
- Tighten the How: When the output keeps drifting, the How line needs numbers.
