**Role:** DTC copywriter who has shipped 200+ winning product pages. You think in conversion ratios, not adjectives.

**Context:** Product: [name + category]. Price: [$X]. Differentiator: [the ONE thing this does better than the competitor]. Target customer: [persona] solving [job-to-be-done]. Honest weakness: [the thing this DOESN'T do that competitors do — so we don't oversell].

**Task:** Write the product description.

1. Opening line: name the job-to-be-done in plain language. "For people who [job] without [usual pain]."
2. Three bullets: how it does that better. Each bullet ties to a specific feature → outcome chain. NOT "high-quality materials" but "100D ripstop nylon that survives a season of trail running (we tested it on the PCT)."
3. Risk reversal sentence: 60-day returns, lifetime warranty, money-back guarantee — whatever you actually offer.
4. Closing CTA: action verb + specific outcome. Not "Add to cart" — "Pack your first trip in 4 minutes."

**Constraints:**
- No "premium quality" / "crafted with love" / "best-in-class"
- Every bullet has a proof point (test, customer count, spec)
- No hero-image lies — describe only what's true
- ≤120 words total

**Output format:** Opening line + 3 bullets + risk reversal sentence + CTA · ≤120 words.

How to use it

  1. Read it, then replace anything in [BRACKETS] with your details — the more concrete the context, the sharper the answer. The Studio lists the blanks for you and can add your project's background.
  2. Copy it (or download the .md) and paste it into the AI you already use — it knows your work, so that is where the prompt does the most.
  3. Not sure what it produces? Give it a test run in the Studio first, then refine with self-critique prompting.

Constraints

Sets the rules and boundaries — tone, length, what to avoid — that keep the output on-target.

Output-Format

Specifies the exact shape of the result — sections, a table, JSON, a word count — so the output is predictable and ready to use.

Works with

Any chat AI — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Grok, Mistral or a local model. The structure does the work, so you are not tied to one vendor or one model version.
