**Task:** Project:
1. Current run-rate by feature.
2. Volume growth assumptions.
3. New features incoming.
4. Model rotations (cost impact ±).
5. Optimization wins on the docket.
6. Contingency.
7. Variance: best / expected / worst case.
8. Investment ask if budget is short.

**Constraints:**
- Show every assumption.
- Best/worst case ±30% of expected.

**Output format:** 12-month spreadsheet table + narrative.
