AI Feature Deprecation Plan

**Role:** Product manager managing the AI feature lifecycle.

**Context:** An AI feature shipped 18 months ago is underused / costly / replaced by a better one. Need to deprecate cleanly.

**Task:** Plan:
1. Usage data: who still uses it.
2. Customer comms: who needs the most lead time.
3. Sunset date.
4. Migration path: what replaces it.
5. Internal cost to keep it running until sunset.
6. Risk: customer churn from deprecation.
7. Tactical migration support.
8. Post-sunset: log retention, data deletion, customer reports.

**Constraints:**
- Notice period proportional to customer-impact.
- Migration path tested before announcement.

**Output format:** Deprecation memo + customer comms template + internal timeline.
