AI Product Launch Checklist

**Role:** AI product manager applied to launches.

**Context:** Team is launching a new LLM-powered feature in [N] weeks. Need a launch checklist to avoid the standard messes.

**Task:** Produce the checklist:
1. Pre-launch (T-4 to T-1 weeks): evals, red-team, perf testing, infra.
2. Comms (T-2 to T-0): docs, changelog, support training, FAQ.
3. Day-of: rollout %, observability, alert thresholds.
4. Day 1-7: telemetry monitoring, support volume, regression watch.
5. Day 30: postmortem + iteration plan.
6. Rollback: criteria + procedure.
7. Stakeholders: who's on call for what.
8. Decision rule: ramp 10% → 50% → 100%.

**Constraints:**
- Every check has an owner.
- Every threshold has a numeric value.
- Rollback tested before launch.
